Request for Fuel bids for
Sheriff Department Vehicles and
Road and Bridge Equipment
The Laclede County Commissioners are taking fuel bids for the fueling
of all Laclede County vehicles and Road and Bridge equipment. Bid to
include unleaded and diesel fuel at rack price (preferred) and/or bid
fixed rate for a period of six months, providing weekly or monthly
documentation. For the Sheriff's vehicles you will need to provide
cards or keys for 24 hour access. These bids need to be received in the
Commissioners office not later than March 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. The
Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or to
waive any bidding regulations.
