for Proposal for Pest Control Service at the Laclede County Government
Center, Jail and Sheriff's Department and Extension Office
The Laclede County Commissioners are seeking proposals from qualified
bidders for exterminating service at the Laclede County Government
Center, Jail and Sheriff's Department and Extension office. Anyone
interested in bidding can call (417) 532-4897 during
regular working hours to get requirements needed for exterminating.
Deadline for bids to be received is March 2, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. The
successful bidder must supply certificate of liability insurance and
workman's comp insurance. The County reserves the right to accept or
reject any or all bids or waive any bidding regulations. All bidders
and successful contractors and subcontractors are required to comply
with the State of Missouri's immigration laws as enacted and revised
from time to time, including compliance with the certification of the
legal employment status of all workers utilized on the public works
project by the contractor and by any subcontractors encompassed
by the bid and the resulting contract after award.
